GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURN REQUEST

Dear Customer,
below you can find information about our procedure and conditions for the return of material to be repaired or defective.

It`s essential to fill in all the fields of the following Form providing detailed information about the defect or fault found and remember that we can handle the request only for material produced by Brusatori Srl.

For out-of-warranty repairs, only after analysis of the product at our department, a repair estimate will be formulated, which must be stamped and countersigned for acceptance.

In the event that the estimate is rejected, a repair processing fee indicated on the following pages and any shipping charges will still be charged.

In the event that the product is not repairable, you will still be charged, upon notice of non-repairability, a repair practice handling fee indicated on the following pages, and any return shipping charges. Furthermore, if the customer requests the scrapping of the product, we will manage the entire process in full compliance with current legislation, and a sum of €50.00 will be charged for carrying out this service.

In the event that prompt and urgent action is required, the repair will be considered Extraordinary. After verifying the stock availability of the necessary parts and after communicating the anticipated delivery date of the product, the quote will be increased by 30%.

The estimates provided will be valid for one month, at the end of the period indicated if we do not receive any response, upon information from us, the material will be returned with related cost of handling the repair file.

In order to proceed with the sending of the material, you must wait for our return authorization, which we will notify you through one of our operators within 48 hours of your request.

To optimize and reduce analysis time, photos of the product and/or label can be sent to the email address service@brusatori.eu (it is essential to fill out the form in full).

Returns without an accurate description of the defect cannot be considered.

Informations

For each returned product, a technical analysis cost of €150.00 will be calculated, which will not be charged in the case of acceptance of the repair estimate.

Based on the outcome of the technical analysis, costs will be calculated as follows:

Price for Ordinary Repair:
Cost for Labor (including Product Testing) + Cost of parts to be replaced + Painting + Shipping Cost, if applicable

Price for Extraordinary Repair (Urgency):
Cost for Labor (including Product Testing) + Cost of components to be replaced + painting + possible Shipping Cost + 30% increase on estimate

No failure found or returned unrepaired:
Cost for technical analysis of the product + possible Shipping cost

No cost will be charged for warranty repairs.
